The Schnitzel from the Pea
With the planted.schnitzel, the traditional Viennese restaurant Figlmüller is dedicating itself to new guests. The planted.schnitzel has been on the menu for a few days and the reactions are great! But why do we need this meatless mouthfeel and look? According to our co-founder Pascal, it's about the cultural aspect. Most people have grown up with meat and it tastes good in itself. The positive aspects of meat can thus be imitated through our planted.schnitzel.
