  • 350 g planted.chicken Güggeli
  • 1 head cauliflower or broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1⁄2 cup cream
  • 2 cups ajvar
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 g spinach
  • 150 g grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 225°C. Cut the cauliflower or broccoli into florets.
  2. Sauté planted.chicken over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes) and add to a large baking dish with the cauliflower/broccoli.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil until soft. Add crème fraîche, cream, and ajvar and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the ajvar sauce over the planted.chicken and cauliflower/broccoli.
  5. Layer cherry tomatoes and spinach over the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5 minutes until the cheese is browned.
