  • 100g planted.chicken BBQ  
  • 100ml strained tomatoes
  • 50g tomato paste
  • 100g chickpeas
  • 50ml oat cream/ plant-based cream
  • Liquid Smoke
  • Chilli
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the tomato paste, spices, strained tomatoes and cream in a bowl.
  2. Fry the planted.chicken BBQ with Liquid Smoke until crispy, add the chickpeas after a while.
  3. Deglaze with the tomato and oat cream mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Sweet potatoes, potatoes or rice go well with this. I like to top the dish with fresh spring onions!
