Main ingredients

  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • ½ cauliflower
  • 200 g planted.pulled Chimichurri
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • some pepper

Chimichurri sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp chilli
  • ¼ tsp salt

Garnish

Ingredients

  • ¼ bunch dill
  • ¼ bunch chervil
  • ¼ bunch basil
  • ½ tsp sesame

Preparation

  1. Blanch the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, remove and slice.
  2. Slowly fry the cauliflower slices on both sides in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Pluck the leaves from the dill, chervil and basil.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
  5. In a pan, fry the planted.pulled with 2 tbsp oil until it gets a nice colour. Add a little salt and pepper. When it is ready, add the lime juice.
  6. Serve: Place a slice of cauliflower on each plate, top with the planted.pulled Chimichurri and garnish with herbs. Pour over the chimichurri sauce and top with a little lime zest and sesame seeds.
