  • 175 g planted.chicken Güggeli
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Garnish (for serving)
  • Coriander, chopped small
  • Chilli pod
  • 1⁄2 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges

  1. Sauté planted.chicken over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until soft, then add garlic and tomatoes and cook until the juice from the tomatoes has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the oven. Spoon planted.chicken and tomato mix onto the tortillas. Garnish with coriander, chili pepper, avocado and lime wedges.
