- Sauté planted.chicken over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until soft, then add garlic and tomatoes and cook until the juice from the tomatoes has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in the oven. Spoon planted.chicken and tomato mix onto the tortillas. Garnish with coriander, chili pepper, avocado and lime wedges.
