This goes in

  • 200 g planted.pulled
  • 4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 4 pieces rice paper

Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • ¼ red cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • ¼ bunch mint

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Cut the carrots with a julienne cutter, cut the red cabbage into strips. Mix the carrots and red cabbage with the mint.
  3. Cut the avocado into fine strips.
  4. Cut the cucumber into strips.
  5. Season the red cabbage and carrot mixture and the avocado with the marinade.
  6. Saute the planted.pulled in a bit of oil and add the sriracha.
  7. Pour water into a large shallow bowl until it is filled to 1 cm. Place the rice paper in the bowl for 10-15 seconds each, then put it on a cutting board.
  8. Layer all ingredients on the bottom third of the rice paper.
  9. Fold in the sides of the rice paper. Then fold over the bottom part of the rice paper to enclose the filling. Continue to roll up the rice paper, trying to keep the ingredients as close together as possible.
