  • 175 g planted.chicken Lemon & Herb
  • 2 lattices
  • 1 preserved lemon
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • 5 fresh basil leaves

 

For the dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • Chilli flakes
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Chop the lettuce into pieces, cut the preserved lemon and the tomatoes into small pieces. Shred the basil leaves.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the salad evenly in a bowl.
  3. Fry the planted.chicken Lemon & Herb over a high heat for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and add to the salad.
  4. Mix everything well again and refine with the dressing.
