This goes in

  • 4 pcs. Pita bread
  • 350 g planted.chicken Güggeli
  • 80 g lettuce mixed
  • 1 tomato
  • 40 g cucumber
  • 40 g red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • Herbs and cress of your choice (dill, parsley, micro leaves, etc.)

Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 75 g soy yogurt
  • 75 g plant-based mayonnaise
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 1 branch dill
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Lemon (some zest and juice)

Preparation

  1. Fry planted.chicken on both sides at medium heat until golden brown and keep warm.
  2. Cut 50 g of cucumber into fine cubes.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the tzatziki.
  4. Halve the tomato and cut into fine slices.
  5. Halve remaining cucumber and cut into thin slices.
  6. Cut the red onion into fine rings.
  7. Pluck herbs and cress.
  8. Toast the pita bread and spread with the vegan tzatziki.
  9. Top pita bread with planted.chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Garnish with chili flakes, herbs and cress.
  10. Fold the pita bread and serve.
  11. Tip: serve with crispy fries and dips.
