This goes in
2 tortilla corn wraps
100 g wild rice
150 g planted.chicken Nature
2 tablespoons vegan salsa
2 handfuls of vegan sprinkle cheese
Spices (paprika powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper)
some lemon juice
Cook the wild rice
Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy and season
In a pan, fry the unseasoned planted.chicken with oil. Then add the spices and lemon juice and fry further
Cut the tortilla corn wrap one radius length and top clockwise, in the last compartment put the sprinkle cheese substitute
If you like, you can sprinkle everything with chilli flakes and then fold up tightly in a clockwise direction.
Fry the folded wrap briefly on both sides in a coated pan without oil, serve.
