Main ingredients

  • 120 g Planted Limited Edition by Nenad
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Korean Rice Cakes
  • 1 dl sweet rice wine e.g. mirin
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 30 g vegetable butter
  • 30 g Thai leeks or spring onions
  • 50 g peas
  • 50 g green beans
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • Pinch of vegan furikake

Preparation

  1. Fry the Rice Cakes in a frying pan with rapeseed oil until they form a light crust.
  2. Deglaze with rice wine, add soy sauce and thicken with butter.
  3. Heat the Planted Limited Edition by Nenad in a frying pan for approx. 3-5min. on medium heat and add to the Rice Cakes and mix well.
  4. Cook the peas and beans for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water until al dente, remove and rinse directly with cold water. Then heat briefly in a little rapeseed oil and pour over the top.
  5. Serve everything in a bowl and garnish with finely chopped Thai leeks, fresh coriander and furikake.
