  • 200 g planted.pulled Nature

Marinade

Ingredients

  • Juice from 0.5 lime
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 2 tsp tomato puree
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • Pinch of pepper
  • pinch of cinnamon

Topping

Ingredients

  • mango Salsa
  • Lettuce
  • vegan sour cream
  • morn
  • red cabbage (pickled)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the planted.pulled in it overnight.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Add the planted.pulled and fry until crispy.
  3. Serve on top of tacos with mango salsa, lettuce, vegan sour cream, corn and pickled red cabbage!
