Main ingredients

  • 6-8 wraps
  • 50 ml water
  • ½ red cabbage, washed and chopped
  • 400 g planted.kebab
  • 50 g couscous
  • 6 tbsp cranberries

Hummus

Ingredients

  • 260 g chickpeas (1 tin)
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp caraway
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 ½ tbsp sesame mousse

Preparation

  1. Pour 50 ml of boiling water over the couscous.
  2. For the hummus, mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
  3. Fry the planted.kebab with a little vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes until crispy and deglaze with a teaspoon of water.
  4. Mix the hummus with 6 tbsp cranberries.
  5. Heat the wraps briefly on both sides in a frying pan over medium heat and top directly afterwards. First spread the cranberry hummus, then add the couscous and the planted.kebab and finally add red cabbage.
  6. Roll up the wrap and cut it in half with a knife.
