

Preparation
- Pour hot water over glass noodles and let stand for 10 minutes, then drain water and briefly rinse in cold water.
- Heat the peanut oil and fry the mushrooms in it.
- Add the planted.chicken and fry briefly.
- Add glass noodles and mix everything well, deglaze with soy sauce and lime juice.
- Add the bean sprouts last so they stay nice and crunchy.
- Finely chop the coriander and spring onion.
- Serve.
