This goes in

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 dl vegetable broth
  • 3 dl soy cream
  • 500 g planted.pulled
  • 250 g cashew yoghurt from New Roots (vegan)

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 5 minutes, then add in turmeric, curry and chili flakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in tomato paste, broth and soy cream and stir well. Add pulled pork, stir and cook with the lid on on low heat for 30 minutes (remember to stir from time to time).
  • Pour in yogurt, stir and serve right away.
  • Tip: Serve rice as a side dish.
