Yolanda is the founder of the popular vegan food guide @VEGANSOFZURI and moved from England to Switzerland two years ago. In her blog she presents restaurants, cafés and vegan products in Zurich.

This goes in

  • 1/2 cup planted.chicken, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 8 chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 100ml soy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 100g vegan cream cheese/soft cheese
  • 1 package of pasta (vegan)

  1. Fry the mushrooms in oil, then planted.chicken, add garlic, wine, chestnuts and cream and simmer.
  2. Let it cool down. Meanwhile, preheat the pasties in the oven.
  3. Stir in tarragon and cheese.
  4. Fill the pasties with the mixture.
  5. Arrange and serve.
